To Love Her

A chain wrapped tight
Iron bound around my heart.
Why is love a fight?
Can we just restart?
I know I cannot
I feel the distance.
I haven’t forgot
I am no longer persistant
I want to but I moved on.
She broke me over & over
Drowned this crows song.
When I wanted to love her.
